Protective Paper

Sublimation protective paper is a type of paper used in the dye sublimation printing process to protect the substrate (the item being printed on) from any excess ink or dye that might bleed or transfer during the printing process. The protective paper is placed on top of the substrate and acts as a barrier to prevent any excess ink from penetrating the substrate.

The protective paper used in sublimation printing is typically made of a special type of paper that is designed to withstand high temperatures and absorb the excess ink or dye that is not transferred onto the substrate. This paper is usually disposable and can be easily removed after the printing process is complete.

Sublimation protective paper is an important component in the sublimation printing process as it helps to ensure that the final product is of high quality and free from any imperfections or defects caused by excess ink or dye.
